SHIPPING
  Do I need a PayPal Account to 
  complete my purchase?             
 

Our checkout system is empowered by PayPal to provide our customers with a safe platform to complete payments, However, you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to complete your purchase. 

At the checkout window, you will have an option to pay with a PayPal Account. If you don't prefer that option, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the grey button that reads "Pay with a credit or debit card". .

  How do I track my order?  
 

The quickest and most efficient way to track your order is to set up an account.  This option is located on the Home Page in the upper right corner.  This will give you access to account information that allows you to check the status of your orders, view order history, update your shipping address, and manage your payment methods.

 

  What are your delivery options?  
 

We offer both Domestic and International shipping options.  All Domestic shipping is delivered via standard ground shipping, which takes up to 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

  How can I contact your couriers?  
 

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number and a link to the courier for you to track your delivery.  You may locate the courier's contact information on the courier's website.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, International delivery is available.  Costs are based on real-time courier rates which are calculated during checkout, based on location, weight, and other specific variables that may apply.

  What is your returns policy?  
 
Returns are only accepted for the following reasons: 
  1. You ordered an incorrect size and need to exchange your item for a larger or smaller size.
  2. You received your order damaged.
 
Returns are only accepted if requested within 30 days from the date of delivery​.  After 30 days or more, returns will not be granted.
Any items that have been worn, evidenced by spots, wrinkles, odor, etc will not be accepted for returns.  All items accepted for return must be returned in the "new" condition in which it was received.
